Just a bunch of stuff I thought you guys would find interesting.
And finally… I found a couple sites with sound clips so we can be just like Dan.

This is more geared toward Yimmy and Sarah considering the location… But this could also be used as a checklist for the next Colorado trip. ;-)

Comment [1]So to get away from the discussion on that comment thread here’s a new article.
Let me first start with a better explanation on the Flickr consolidation. You’ll notice that Jon Hicks has a listing of his Flickr photos on the “journal” section of his web site. I included a screen shot but you can see them by scrolling down his page. It can easily be done with a Flickr badge or a plugin. Naturally that isn’t quite as simple when you add multiple people to the mix. They have ways to do it for things like groups but then we’d need to all participate in a group and tell Flickr to put our photos in there, which is a step that could easily be forgotten.
Instead I used a Yahoo! service to chop down the latest images to five and then merge them into one feed. With that feed I can do something like Jon Hicks or like when I grab info from many places and display it on my personal page.
The end result would be a line of thumbnails of the latest photos that each of us posted on Flickr. All color coded and styled however we want. Any more questions?
p.s. It is possible I might be able to take images from somewhere else like SmugMug if someone uses another service. They just need to provide an RSS feed. But it is of course easier if everything matches up.

I still hope to post a more expansive post about my trip over at the other weblog but that might take a while. So I thought I’d point you guys at least to my pictures of the trip. The girls took a couple thousand more themselves but they’re not online yet. I’ll try and link them here when they get online (and somewhere other than Facebook).
So for today’s totally random discovery I’d like to submit a video of Olivia Munn doing the “dooey” sound that Andrew made so famous. Considering she claims to have learned it in 9th grade I believe Andy preceded her by many years (middle school?).
